Dark Horse Comics have been creating crossovers between the Predator and Alien franchises for years and it makes perfect sense. They both lend themselves for a slew of similar themes and genres, including sci-fi, horror, and action. Now they've teamed up with IDW and taken one of their most popular characters, Judge Dredd, and begun a three-way crossover in a four issue mini-series.

Archie against Predator sounds ridiculous and may turn out to be great fun but by all accounts the first issue is largely Archie and friends on vacation. There is very little Predator in the comic book. The issue mostly captures Archie and his interactions with Betty and Veronica and some of the others. However, there are some panels that are quite bloody and graphic. Overall the book reads like a regular Archie comic book with some blood in it. I recommend giving this a look.
