This issue isn’t the same type of story as the last arc with Cade. This one is more about Cade and his relationships. Cade isn’t the cold and lonely guy with a couple of pirate hands on his ship as he was before. Cade develops and advances as a character in this issue. We do have the seeds of an interesting plot as well. This is another top notch issue for this series. 05/08/08 ![]() Brandon Borzelli's Geek Goggle Reviews Star Wars Rebellion #13 Small Victories continues and things move along at a slow pace with the rescue mission. However, the lead character, Deena, finally gets some guts and helps the overall cause. This comic is a decent story, but given the time period and the characters in this issue I find it to be a bit of a letdown. 04/28/08 ![]() Brandon Borzelli's Geek Goggle Reviews Star Wars Dark Times #10 The finale of the arc prior to Vector has a nice dark ending. Go figure. However, this one has more of a Charles Bronson feel to it instead of the depressing without vengeance type ending. The issue dances back and forth from K’Kruhk rescuing the kids to Bomo getting his new buddies out of their current mess. It’s a very good issue. 04/27/08 ![]() Brandon Borzelli's Geek Goggle Reviews Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic #27 This issue finally reveals a little about the thread called Vector. For the most part, the slapstick nature of the previous two issues has vanished and we are placed back into the overall seriousness we saw in the last arc. The bottom line is that Zayne is wanted by an awful lot of people. His boyish charm helps blur the line once those who are sent to kill him actually confront him. This story helps develop Zayne, those around him and build up this powerful Sith artifact that will eventually touch Darth Vader. 04/26/08 ![]() Brandon Borzelli's Geek Goggle Reviews Star Wars Legacy #22 For a filler issue we sure get a nice story with some excellent usage of the characters at hand. This issue ties up the previous arc’s loose ends and introduces the new threads of an Alliance. Krayt gets really angry too and institutes some genocide. This series is really riding a strong wave of stories. 04/15/08 VA SAYS: We had too many reviews shot for Episode 71, so I had to cut some...but never fear, we're running them in a special bonus All-Review Episode!
