Friends of Lulu is moving the organization’s Lulu Awards event from the San Diego Comic-Con to the popular MoCCA Art Festival (a.k.a. Artfest) this year!
The annual Lulu Awards, which recognize the efforts women make in comics, will be held at the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art in Manhattan on Saturday, June 7 at 8:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served, and there will be a suggested donation of $7.00 at the door.
ComicList was founded Jan. 12, 1995 with the mission of empowering comic book consumers by providing accurate and timely information. By delivering the weekly list of new releases, along with news concerning current and future products available in local and online comic book shops, we enable consumers to meet their goals more effectively.
The new releases list, which tells you which comic books, graphic novels, trade paperbacks, and other products you will find in your local and online comic book shops, is posted weekly every Monday night.
