SPRING HILL, Tenn. – October 4 – Up and coming fiction writer, Leonardo Ramirez has signed with Markosia Enterprises for a new series to be released in 2009. Markosia Enterprises is known for hits such as Beowulf, Kong: King of Skull Island, and Starship Troopers. Harry Markos is the CEO and Owner of Markosia Enterprises. Davy Fisher will provide the artwork for the first story-arc which deals with Haven’s origin. In a statement, Leonardo mentions Harry as a very “forward-thinking with great ideas for Haven’s future.”

HAVEN is a graphic novel about a young girl who has endured the pain of abuse by a loved one influenced by “The Aristocracy” – an organization stemming from the nine circles of Dante’s Inferno. Armed with powers just granted her by a mysterious young child soon after her horrific experience, Haven chooses to fight the darkness within and without.
