The Kramers Ergot 7 international book tour kicks off this weekend with a signing at Family in Los Angeles. Original art from the book will be exhibited (pricelist available upon request) and a truckload of KE7 artists will be on hand to sign copies of the book including: Martin Cendreda, Matt Groening, Sammy Harkham, Tim Hensley, Jaime Hernandez, Walt Holcombe, Geoff McFetridge, John Pham, Ron Regé, Jr., Johnny Ryan, Souther Salazar, and Josh Simmons. Come feast your eyes on Kramers Ergot 7 in all its full-figured voluptuous glory. This is your last chance to purchase an advance copy of the book, weeks before its release.

If you can't make it to Family this weekend, our family will be coming to you. Sammy Harkham is loading up his car with books and voyaging across the U.S. and Canada in the beginning of December with stops in Baltimore, Pittsburgh, NYC, Providence, Montreal, Toronto, and Chicago. Various artists will be signing advance copies of the book at each event. The signed and numbered limited edition bookplate is only available through the Buenaventura Press website and during the tour, making this the ideal holiday gift for all of the little nerdlings on your list.

Kramers Ergot at Angouleme 2009

Overseas customers will have a chance to see Kramers Ergot 7 at the Angouleme Comics Festival in France January 29th through Feb 1st. Daniel Clowes, Chris Ware, Souther Salazar, Adrian Tomine, Joe Daly, and Conrad Botes will be on hand to sign copies. As an added treat, you will be able to witness a real-live American hillbilly (me) murder French pronunciation. Fun!
