Media Release -- Top Cow Productions and Image Comics proudly announced today that Darkness 100, the landmark anniversary issue, will land in stores February 29th, 2012.
Media Release -- In the wake of Top Cow's announcement of THE DARKNESS II video game for the Sony Playstation 3 from 2K Games, Image Comics and Top Cow Productions will present a new six-issue story arc entitled "Outer Darkness" for the ongoing comic book that started it all. Beginning in THE DARKNESS #90, Darkness bearer Jackie Estacado will be forced to confront his ultimate enemy.

Media Release -- Top Cow Productions, Inc. proudly announced today that The Darkness/Darkchylde/Witchblade: Kingdom of Pain one-shot comic book will hit comic book store shelves late December 2009.
Written by fan-favorite writer and artist Randy Queen and colorist Sarah Queen, the 48-page The Darkness/Darkchylde/Witchblade: Kingdom of Pain standalone finds Jackie Estacado, the bearer of the Darkness, with new nightmarish armor, and Ariel Chylde, the girl who can become creatures from her nightmares, with a new beginning. In addition to creating Darkchylde, Queen has the distinction of being the first artist to draw The Darkness after Marc Silvestri designed the character over 10 years ago.

Media Release -- Top Cow Productions, Inc. proudly announced today that the first issue of The Darkness/Pitt has sold out at the distributor level. The highly anticipated crossover series has been over five years in the making and was held back from release by Top Cow Productions until all principal work on the series had been completed.
Media Release -- Top Cow Productions, Inc. proudly announced today that Dale Keown's classic hero, Pitt, will make his return to comics in the long awaited crossover event The Darkness/Pitt. The three-issue mini-series reunites Pitt creator and artist Dale Keown (Hulk: The End) with writer Paul Jenkins (Captain America, Mythos), who worked together on the second volume of The Darkness. The first issue of The Darkness/Pitt is scheduled for release in August 2009.
Media Release -- Top Cow Productions, Inc. proudly announced today that the long sold out first six issues of the first volume of The Darkness will be re-released as The Darkness Origins Volume 1. Top Cow Productions, Inc. announced today that due to popular demand, redesigned and rebranded hardcover copies of the Witchblade Compendium Vol. 1 and The Darkness Compendium Vol. 1 are scheduled to be in comic shops on Dec. 17. Softcover editions will be available Dec. 24.
The Witchblade Compendium Vol. 1 collects Witchblade issues #1-50 and a complete cover gallery. The Darkness Compendium Vol. 1 collects The Darkness vol. 1 Preview and issues #½-40, Tales of The Darkness issues #½-4, Witchblade/The Darkness issue #½, The Darkness vol. 2 issue #1, The Darkness: Wanted Dead one-shot and a complete cover gallery. Both books are an impressive 1,280 pages, and both hardcover editions feature bonus posters on the reverse side of the slipcovers.
The books were first printed in 2006 and immediately sold out. Demand for more copies was high, which prompted Top Cow to reprint the books after a complete rebranding of the company’s entire trade paperback line was complete.
“It’s taken us a bit longer to get the Compendium’s back into print, but the redesigned look was well worth the wait,” said Top Cow Publisher Filip Sablik. “Plus, the price cannot be beat. Fifty comics for 60 bucks! Just another way Top Cow is giving you more than the competition.”
