We are pleased to advise that as part of the Dreamworks and Paramount separation agreement, the reconstituted Dreamworks, under the stewardship of Steven Spielberg and Stacey Snider with the funding of India's Reliance Big Entertainment and a new seven-year distribution pact with Universal Pictures, has taken over development of ATLANTIS RISING and COWBOYS & ALIENS with producers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci of K/O Prods. (writers on the "Transformers" movies and producers of "Eagle Eye"), our big-budget graphic novel adaptation that "Iron Man" writers Hawk Ostby and Mark Fergus have penned, with Robert Downey Jr. attached to star and Imagine co-producing. Paramount has the option to co-finance and co-distribute each picture.
