Jeff Trexler at Newsarama has boiled down the settlement issues for all us non lawyers: ![]() According to the New York Times, the heirs of Jerome Siegel have been awarded a share of the U.S. copyright to Superman by a federal judge. Per Michael Grabois, the prior ruling giving the Siegel family rights to the Superboy character will be reconsidered in the courts. Each side has 30 days to submit revised information.
