The latest arc of Atomic Robo wraps up with a loud and fun issue. With Robo and friends in deep trouble they receive help from an unlikely source as the two big adversaries finally go head to head. As always it's a fun issue that doesn't do anything except entertain the reader page after page.

Robo is back with the latest arc and the first issue is on par with any of the previous ones. This story is set in the past and, as a result, Robo's personality is more naïve than in the issues set more in modern times. In some ways, he's more curious which makes him more charming. On the other hand, he's more trusting which seems to get him in more trouble. Either way, the issue is very good and shows off a side of Robo we haven't seen much of but one that is equally as funny as in previous issues. I enjoyed the start of this arc very much.

The final installment of the latest mini series is a very good issue that brings to the table a lot of what makes Atomic Robo such a great comic book creation. The comic book has plenty of paranormal oddities, some action, hysterical dialogue and the unveiling of another interesting character. The only downside to the issue is that it has the daunting task of following the previous issue, which was among the best the entire run has ever seen. Still, the issue is definitely worth checking out.

Atomic Robo faces off with his old nemesis, Doctor Dinosaur, in the latest issue. The return of Doctor Dinosaur doesn’t disappoint in any way, shape or form. The issue is loaded with outstanding banter between the two characters as Robo finds ways to poke holes in almost everything Doc has planned while Doc manages to annoy Robo with his constant stream of genius hidden in stupidity. This was simply a brilliant issue and may be my favorite of the entire Atomic Robo catalog.

The start of the fourth volume of Atomic Robo brings my first foray into the world of this very popular character. I've heard mostly nothing but good things about the series as it was presented to me as something similar to Indiana Jones meets Hellboy. Being a big fan of both characters in comic book form I figured this would be an easy win-win situation. However, in the back of my mind I had that nagging feeling that I would be disappointed. Especially with the cheesy element of Vampires in the title of the comic. I'm glad I didn't pay much attention to the nagging voice because I thoroughly enjoyed the comic.
