Blackline Comics is proud to announce the penciller and colorist attached to Shad Gaspard's ASSASSIN & SON: PATH OF VENGEANCE, Randy Valiente and Paul Little, respectively. Randy Valiente is a Philippines-born artist world-renowned in comics and animation who has lent his pencils to such comics as Michael Kingston's Headlocked. Paul Little is an Ontario-based colorist who has worked on titles like Bomb Queen, Dynamo 5, and The Matriarch. They will be joining creator and wrestling superstar Shad Gaspard and writer Chad Boudreau (Acts of Violence) on this action-packed new Blackline title.
Professional wrestling superstar Shad Gespard has recently signed a deal with Blackline Comics to publish an original graphic novel ASSASSIN & SON: PATH OF VENGEANCE. The series is currently in the development stage but is quickly moving ahead and building up steam, and is set to be released digitally and as a 96 page trade.

Media Release -- This May 1st, Blackline Comics is offering two free titles to download from their website.
For the first time ever, Blackline Comics will be participating in Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) by offering not one, but two titles free of charge for anyone with a computer and an internet connection. For the whole day anyone can log onto www.blacklinecomics.com to download special editions of the martial arts thriller BLACK SALT: THE LAST HEROES LEFT and the sci-fi adventure COLONEL. Both titles will feature the official FCBD logo on the covers, and will only be available from Midnight on May 1st until Midnight May 2nd. The books will be downloaded in PDF format so that they can be read without the benefit of a digital comic reader app.
Media Release -- Publisher Blackline Comics' newly-released digital comic book title, BLACK SALT: THE LAST HEROES LEFT, has debuted on the digital comics website Comics XP (www.comicsxp.com) on September 23rd, and after one week on the site has risen to number one status on the website's top five best sellers of the week list.
"This is great news for us here at Blackline," said Michael De Lepine, Blackline's Director of Operations. "It's wonderful to see a breakout series like BLACK SALT shoot out of the starting gate like this. For Blackline's first title, it's gratifying to have a book that is superior in quality do well from the very beginning. We are confident that it only picks up more momentum from here on out."
Columbus, Ohio, June 25, 2009- Ratti Entertainment Inc. has inked a Publishing deal with Blackline Comics to market and distribute worldwide their comic book series entitled "Black Salt The Last Heroes Left". Blackline Comics will distribute through Print, ITunes, IPod, Online, Syndication, convention appearances and merchandising. This publishing company brings a combined 40 years worth of experience in the comic industry both in retail and on the creative side between the two principles of Jay Savage and Mike Delepine.
